Bad school

This school originally began as a healthy Christian environment that partnered with family's to create a Bible based education. The last several years the focus, environment and quality has changed. I would no longer refer friends or family to this school. Curriculum has taken a more liberal direction and is steering away from a conservative biblical stand. The position of the school changes based on who they are talking to. Bullying has been allowed to spiral out of control. Your financial position in the school will play into how your student is treated. They've been know to withhold transcripts when you choose to attend another school or move.

Rachel, I am sorry that you had a negative experience at Front Range Christian School. Our primary purpose continues to be partnering with the Christian home and the Church in training children for life and equipping them to impact the world for Christ.

We take this purpose to heart and have not wavered from our statement of faith. We take all disciplinary matters seriously and work to resolve those matters for the good of all students. In regard to transcripts, allow me to clarify our policy. The school does not withhold transcripts when a student withdraws; we wish the best for students whether their school career is with us or somewhere else.

However, it is our policy, as is the case with many private schools, to hold transcripts until the family's account with the school has been settled; outstanding tuition and fees are the only things that would prevent us from releasing a student's transcript. We pray that God leads you and your student(s) to a school that is a good fit for your family.
